Yes. Ear seeds are designed to stay in place during normal daily activities, including showering. Avoid excessive rubbing with towels and prolonged soaking if possible

Yes. Ear seeds are comfortable enough to wear overnight. If you sleep on your side you may notice a little pressure initially, but most people adjust quickly.

No. Each ear seed is designed for a single use and should be discarded after removal.

Ear seeds are generally well tolerated by most people. If you experience irritation, discomfort or an allergic reaction to the adhesive, simply remove the ear seed.

 If you are pregnant, have a skin condition affecting the ear, or have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.

Some ear points should be avoided during pregnancy. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider or a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner before using ear seeds during pregnancy.

We recommend allowing your ears a day or two to rest between applications before applying a new set.

Ear seeds may be suitable for older children under adult supervision, however we recommend seeking advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner first.

Yes. Our collection has been thoughtfully created around everyday wellbeing rituals, including support for stress, sleep, hormonal balance, digestion, focus and head tension.

We currently ship throughout New Zealand with complimentary standard shipping.  A $6 surcharge applies to rural and Waiheke Island deliveries.
