The story
Meet our Founder
The idea for The Ear Seed Co. began in 2025, while Teresa was studying Chinese Medicine and learning the practice of ear seeding.
She was drawn to the simplicity of it; tiny seeds, thoughtfully placed, used to support everything from stress and sleep to focus, digestion and hormonal wellbeing. Yet the traditional brown adhesive felt distinctly clinical; practical, certainly, but not something you might choose to wear.
Discovering gold ear seeds shifted that perspective. Here was an ancient wellness practice that could feel considered and beautiful, while remaining true to its traditional roots.
What followed was a deeper exploration of auricular therapy, alongside a simple question: why wasn’t there an elevated way to bring this practice into everyday life?
The Ear Seed Co. grew from that idea, bringing together traditional wisdom, thoughtful, elegant design and a more beautiful approach to self-care.
